The Newfoundland Athletic Dog Association, Inc. (NADA) held a Christmas Agility Fun Trial on Sunday, December 30th, with 20 dogs and handlers competing in 69 runs. On each course, dog and handler teams competed against the clock, completing a series of obstacle-like agility courses containing jumps, weave poles, tunnels, A-Frames and teeter-totters.

NADA is the only dog Agility Association of Canada (AAC)- affiliated club in the province. AAC-sanctioned trials will be held in the summer 2013, at which teams can accumulate qualifying runs towards dogs’ official AAC agility titles. NADA classes are open to the public and take place in our training arena in Logy Bay.  We also offer classes in the sports of flyball and rally obedience.
